1. About this site

These terms govern your use of affiliateranked.com and any content published on it (collectively, "the site"). The site is operated by AffiliateRanked (we, us, our), an independent editorial brand that publishes rankings, reviews and comparisons of iGaming affiliate tracking platforms.

2. Editorial independence and commercial relationships

Rankings and editorial content are produced independently against our published methodology. Platforms cannot pay to improve their score or position. We do not accept paid placements that are not clearly identified as such.

• Link to the site from your own pages.

You may not, without prior written permission:

8. Corrections and takedown requests

We aim to be accurate. If you believe a published score, fact or statement about a platform is incorrect, materially out of date, or could be improved with new public evidence, please email [email protected] with the page URL, the specific passage and your supporting information. Where evidence supports a change, we update at the next review cycle or sooner. We do not remove well-sourced editorial commentary on request alone.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site, except that nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change materially limits your rights, we will flag it on the homepage for a reasonable period.
